The Division of Student Success leads projects and programs, in collaboration with all other parts of the university community, to support the success of our students in achieving their educational goals. This page includes an overview of projects and programs that the division has sponsored and championed in support of the goals within NMSU LEADS 2025, the strategic plan adopted in May of 2019.

Aggie One-Stop
The Aggie One-Stop was launched during the pandemic to assist students with their needs related to enrollment at NMSU. The project created one area to assist students and prospective students with questions related to enrollment, financial aid, orientation, accounts receivables, and their student record. The Aggie One-Stop supports Goal 1 and Goal 4 of NMSU LEADS 2025.

Crimson Connection
Launched in 2021–2022, Crimson Connection is a technology platform that assists student clubs, organizations, and groups with scheduling and promoting their events to the NMSU student body. In 2022, Crimson Connections supported over 210 recognized student organizations on the Las Cruces Campus, 18 Housing and Residential Life Programs, 131 University departments, office and programs and 32 departments, student organization, office and programs at Dona Ana Community College. Crimson Connections supports both Goal 1 and Goal 4 of NMSU LEADS 2025.

Student Leader Dinner Dialogue
Launched during the 2021–2022 academic year, the Student Leader Dinner Dialogue provides the opportunity for the leaders of student organizations to meet monthly during the fall and spring semesters. The dinner allow student-leaders to connect with one another, share information about their organizations, provide input to university leaders, and collaborate on projects. The Student Leader Dinner Dialogue has now been institutionalized through the Department of Student Life and the Office of Student Leadership and Involvement. The Student Leader Dinner dialogue supports Goal 1 and Goal 4 of NMSU LEADS 2025.

Aggie Stampede
The Aggie Stampede was created in the fall of 2019 with the mission to inspire school spirit through leadership and community involvement. The Aggie Stampede has grown to recognize and embrace the pillars of tradition, spirit, community, service, and leadership. The Aggie Stampede has been charged with providing leadership for Fort Keystone and enhancing the game day experience at sporting events for NMSU students. The Aggie Stampede supports Goal 1 of NMSU LEADS 2025.
